Nothing is more important to Raylo than the health and safety of our customers and the members of our team. During these difficult times our thoughts are with everyone affected and we couldn’t be more grateful to the amazing people at the NHS who are fighting this crisis on the front line.  

By way of update from Raylo – we are working hard from our various remote locations to ensure we continue to deliver the high standards we promise to our customers.

Team

We use the latest technology, so our team has all of the tools they need to work from home for an extended period of time. We also have plans in place should many members of the team be off sick at the same time.

We’re still operating normal opening hours and our customer service team is available on webchat, phone or via email.

Stock

Do we have stock of iPhones? Yes, we reacted as the coronavirus disruption began to emerge and fully stocked with iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and Max models.

Delivery

How long is delivery taking? Thanks to our amazing fulfilment team and great courier partner DPD, we continue to operate a next day delivery promise as we always have. 

The situation is changing rapidly, and we are following Government guidelines very closely. As a startup of only 20 people we can move quickly and we’re very lucky to have fantastic partners and big investors. We’re working hard and are motivated to deliver the seamless service and experience you deserve.
