Our Interview Process

Our interviews are designed to reflect our culture of collaboration, customer empathy, and deep curiosity.

We want to get to know one another during the process, so we encourage you to ask questions so you know whether we’re a good fit for you. 

Each role has its own unique interview process but we’ve detailed the most common steps below.

Talent Partner Screen

We want to get to know you, and find out more about your motivations, and your career goals. We’ll tell you about Raylo, and provide a general overview of the role, and the interview process you can expect.

Hiring Manager Call

You’ll meet with the hiring manager for the position and delve deeper into your experience and our expectations from the role. We’ll likely ask some high-level, role specific questions to get an idea if we’ll be a good fit for one another.

Task

For some roles, we’ll ask you to complete a task in your own time. We recognise we’re asking you to take time out of your day to complete this, so most tasks will take less than an hour.

Role Interview

At this stage, we’ll be discussing the previous task (if we’ve issued one), and assessing your experience against the expectations of the role. This is a two way process, so come prepared with some questions to ask the team.

It’s crucial that everyone who works at Raylo embodies our values. Here we’ll be gaining an understanding of the way you work, and discussing our 5 values to check alignment to the way we do things.

London

Our London office is home to our Product, Engineering, Marketing and Commercial, teams - We’re based right next to London Bridge station, and a short walk from Borough Market. The office has a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the shard.

The Belfast office has our Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams. We’re right in the heart of Cathedral Quarter and just a 10 minute walk to Central and Great Victoria Street Transport Hub.
