Do our phones come with a SIM?
No. All our iPhones are both SIM free and unlocked, meaning they come without a SIM card, and will work on all networks. All you have to do is pop in your current SIM and you're good to go.

Can I cancel before 24 months?
It's free to cancel within the first 30 days of your order. You just need to let us know and send the phone back unopened and unused.
If you have used the phone or want to cancel after 30 days there will be an Early Termination Charge. Click here for information.
Can I keep the phone after 24 months?
We designed Raylo for you to return your phone to us after 24 months, so we can find it a new home and keep your monthly payments as low as possible. Under the terms of your subscription you do not own your phone. If you keep it you will need to pay us a fee. For more info click here
If you want to purchase the phone, which would enable you to sell it or give it to somebody else, please contact us to discuss.
Are Raylo’s iPhones new?
Yes, all our phones are brand new and come directly from Apple’s Authorised Distribution in the UK.
Do you do a credit check?
We run credit checks on all of our customers, as we need to ensure the monthly
payments are affordable and to protect against fraud. We believe this is the responsible
thing to do for our customers and Raylo.
