Hey, if you’re happy with the phone you’ve been using, then just carry on paying monthly or pay a one off non-return fee.
If you want to purchase the phone, which would enable you to sell it or give it to somebody else, please contact us to discuss.
Cancel
Hand the phone back and sail off into the sunset

Do our phones come with a SIM?
No. All our phones are both SIM free and unlocked, meaning they come without a SIM card, and will work on all networks. All you have to do is pop in your SIM and you're good to go.

How do I cancel?
It's free to cancel within the first 30 days of your order. You just need to let us know and send the phone back unopened and unused.
If you have used the phone or want to cancel after 30 days but before your term ends there will be an Early Termination Charge. Click here for information.
If your term has ended you can cancel for no charge by returning your phone.
