  • **Combined resolution. 2000 x 2040 per eye.
  • BEFORE USING, READ THE HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNINGS IN THE PS VR2 INSTRUCTION MANUAL. CAREFULLY FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SET UP AND USE AND RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
  • PlayStation®VR2 is not for use by children under age 12.
  • Some people may experience motion sickness, nausea, disorientation, blurred vision or other discomfort while viewing virtual reality content. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop using immediately and remove the VR headset.
  • All warnings and safety information related to this product can be found here.
  • PS VR2 requires a PS5 console and compatible software (sold separately).
  • PS VR2 is not compatible with the PlayStation®4 console and cannot play content that requires PS VR.
  • Roomscale games and apps require a minimum play area of 2 m × 2 m. Please make sure you have enough clear physical space before purchasing any content that exclusively requires the roomscale VR play style, as without the required play area, the game or apps will not start.
  • PlayStation®Plus subscription may be required for online multiplayer modes.
  • Use of PS VR2 means acceptance of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.’s device software license agreement. Refer to PLAYSTATION®VR2 DEVICE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT for further details.
  • Always update the system software of your PS5 console and the device software of the VR headset and PlayStation VR2 Sense™ controller to the latest version.
  • Parents or guardians can adjust the PS5 console parental control settings to restrict use of the VR headset.

Don’t worry, we offer a fair wear and tear policy. It’s ok to return your device with obvious signs of use such as some deep scratching (2 or fewer deep scratches on front glass that are less than 3cm in length), small dents, discoloration or changes in the paintwork.

If you return the device to us damaged, we may charge you for the cost of repair as outlined by the Repair Charges set out in your agreement. You can opt for Raylo insurance at checkout which covers you against accidental damage, loss and theft.

The subscription begins when your order is confirmed and your first payment is due 14 days later. Your subscription ends when you return your device, after your chosen subscription term.

Sure! If you have a change of heart you can cancel and return for free within the first 14 days.

At the end of your subscription you can simply upgrade for free and return your old device. You have 14 days to transfer your data – plenty of time.
