- *PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player can stream compatible games installed on your PS5 console. PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player requires broadband internet Wi-Fi with at least 5Mbps for use. For a better play experience, a high-speed connection of at least 15Mbps is recommended. The quality and connectivity of your play experience may vary depending on your network environment. A PS5 console and account for PlayStation Network is required. The PS5 console must be connected to a broadband internet connection, powered on fully or in Rest Mode, and it must be paired with your PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player.
- **Games that require a VR headset (PlayStation VR or PlayStation VR2) or additional peripherals (other than a DUALSHOCK 4, DualSense, or DualSense Edge wireless controller) are not compatible. Games that must be streamed on PS5 using a PS Plus Premium membership are not compatible. Haptic feedback and adaptive trigger features available when supported by game.
- ***Individual game performance will vary based on the specific game being played, and the quality of connectivity in your network environment.

- Updates to the firmware will be released for your PlayStation™Portal Remote Player from time to time which are necessary for the proper functioning of the remote player. You will be notified about new firmware updates when you update your PS5 system software to a later version. SIE strongly recommends always installing the latest update as soon as possible after the update is released. Failure to do so might expose your controller to security risks and/or might compromise the proper functioning of the controller.

Don’t worry, we offer a fair wear and tear policy. It’s ok to return your device with obvious signs of use such as some deep scratching (2 or fewer deep scratches on front glass that are less than 3cm in length), small dents, discoloration or changes in the paintwork.
If you return the phone to us damaged, we may charge you for the cost of repair as outlined by the Repair Charges set out in your agreement. You can opt for Raylo insurance at checkout which covers you against accidental damage, loss and theft.
The subscription begins when your order is confirmed and your first payment is due 14 days later. Your subscription ends when you return your device, after your chosen subscription term.
Sure! If you have a change of heart you can cancel and return for free within the first 14 days.
At the end of your subscription you can simply upgrade for free and return your old device. You have 14 days to transfer your data – plenty of time.
